BrickHaus Shipping Policy


Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 4-10 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10-18 business days
  • Rest of World: 14-21 business days

Please note that all shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control. BrickHaus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs and Import Duties Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. BrickHaus has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at brickhausshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and we ask that you allow additional time before contacting us regarding a delayed shipment.
